2 kohlrabi - roods, stems & leaves removed 1 TBSP olive oil 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp chili powder 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees 2. Peel off outer skin from kohlrabi root. Be sure to remove all the woody layer. You only want the softer center area. 3. Coat with oil 4. Sprinkle with cumin and chili powder and toss until evenly coated. 5. Bake on a cooking sheet in a single layer for 45 minutes. |
